Full-service marketing and communications for the North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento — what a modern agency does, who we work with, and how a project comes together.

What does a full-service marketing and communications agency do in 2026?

A full-service marketing and communications agency in 2026 does more than run campaigns. It builds integrated strategy across every channel a customer touches — web, email, social, paid, PR, video, content — and produces the writing, design, and materials that carry the message on each of them.

It handles the technical work behind the scenes too: SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (so your business shows up in Google and ChatGPT), marketing automation (nurture sequences, CRM workflows, personalization at scale), short-form video and content marketing, and the owned audience-building — newsletters, member programs, community — that keeps customers coming back.

And it uses AI as a tool, not a shortcut — creating the kind of clear, human content that both people and AI-powered search engines can actually cite.

For us, that means two things at once. Shaping how your organization shows up — in Google, in ChatGPT, in inboxes, and in the room. And building the marketing engine behind it: brand strategy, marketing plans, grant proposals, content programs, and campaigns built to keep running after the launch.

Who we work with

Mission-driven organizations, industrial and B2B technology companies, family-owned businesses, education institutions, wine industry, and workforce development groups. We take on both smaller and larger projects.

What services do you offer?

Four core areas of practice, each pairing the strategy with the work that brings it to life:

Strategy & Positioning — brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience strategy, plus the deck, brochure, one-pager, or web copy that puts the strategy in front of the people who need to see it.

Marketing & Communications — marketing plans built to actually run, including content, campaigns, communications, and day-to-day execution. Covers SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (so you show up in Google and ChatGPT), marketing automation and CRM workflows, short-form video and content marketing, email and newsletter programs, and paid media strategy. Includes a specialty in industrial and B2B technology marketing.

Grants & Proposals — grant strategy paired with the actual narrative, workplan, and budget. Federal programs, foundations, and consortia.

Program Design — concept-to-launch program design across sectors, including professional development, workforce training, higher-education initiatives, and community programs, built to align with the grant opportunities that fund them.

What does a project cost?

Reach out for scope. Every engagement is priced against the specific outcomes, timeline, and work — not against a package menu. We take on both smaller and larger projects, from defined engagements to multi-phase programs.

After a first conversation, we put together a written proposal with clear deliverables, timeline, and cost. No mystery, no hourly-billing surprises.

Where are you based, and who do you serve?

The agency is based in Santa Rosa, California, in Sonoma County. We serve clients across the North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento, and take on projects across Northern California and beyond when the work is a fit.

Most engagements combine remote work with in-person time when it matters — kickoffs, workshops, board presentations, event days.

What is your background?

Twenty-plus years leading regional marketing and communications programs.

Most recently, eight years as Executive Director of the Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association, where I grew the annual operating budget 7× and founded the Silicon Valley Wine Auction — which raised $3.7M over five years for children’s education in Silicon Valley.

Prior roles at Sonoma State University leading enrollment marketing for the School of Business and Extended Education. My work has crossed higher education, the wine industry, industrial technology, tribal and regional development, and nonprofit sectors.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Photography from San Francisco State University, an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a certificate in Principles and Techniques of Fundraising from Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.

Do you work with new or early-stage organizations?

Yes — with the right fit. New organizations often need brand foundation, messaging, and the first marketing plan before they need ongoing execution. That is exactly the kind of concept-to-launch work we do well.

For nonprofits, we also help build the grant strategy and proposals that fund the early years.
